Hydraulic Iron Worker:

This is a 44-ton hydraulic iron worker. It's perfecly suited for a small metal fab shop with its tall-small footprint. This machine features a shear (1/2 X 14 inch steel capacity), a brake (1/2 X 6 inch capacity) and a punch (1 1/8 inch round capacity). I use this machine for shearing steel to size before welding into damascus billets. I also use the brake and punch (which will accept a number of dies for differnet shapes) for general iron work, fixture fabrication and tool building.
